1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to information collected through the FoxCreek Technologies corporate informational website and the FoxCreek Voice quote-request service.
Other FoxCreek products and services, including FoxCreek Web Services, FoxCreek Domains, FoxCreek Church Studio, FoxCreek Prayer, and FoxCare, may operate separate websites, applications, accounts, and privacy practices.
The FoxCreek Voice information-handling practices and retention periods described here do not establish the practices of those other products.
FoxCreek Voice's initial offering is intended for businesses, churches, nonprofit organizations, and other organizations.
2. Information We Collect
Corporate website
When you visit our corporate website, our hosting provider may receive routine technical information required to deliver and protect the website. This may include your Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, and request status.
We also receive information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by telephone, email, or through a linked service.
FoxCreek Voice quote requests
When you request a FoxCreek Voice quotation, we may collect:
- Organization name and contact information.
- Contact person's name, email address, and telephone number.
- Preferred contact method and time.
- Business locations and approximate staffing requirements.
- Existing telephone service information.
- Telephone-number, equipment, and call-routing requirements.
- Voicemail, fax, messaging, and related communication needs.
- Business hours and department requirements.
- Installation preferences and requested services.
- Additional information voluntarily submitted in the questionnaire.
We also collect the contact consent and privacy acknowledgment associated with the submission, submission date and source, limited browser or network information for abuse prevention, and transactional email-delivery status information.
Submitting a quote request does not activate telephone service, send a text message, or record a telephone call.
If service is later activated, telephone calls, messaging, voicemail, recordings, usage records, and related information may be processed under applicable service agreements and privacy practices. Such information is separate from information collected through the initial quote request.
Please do not submit passwords, account PINs, payment information, carrier credentials, or other sensitive account secrets through the quote form.
3. How We Use Information
FoxCreek Technologies uses collected information to:
- Understand your organization's communications requirements.
- Prepare, revise, and follow up on quotations.
- Contact you concerning your requested quotation.
- Send a transactional acknowledgment of your request.
- Notify authorized FoxCreek personnel of a new inquiry.
- Prevent abuse, duplicate submissions, and unauthorized activity.
- Troubleshoot service and email-delivery issues.
- Maintain website and information security.
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
FoxCreek Technologies does not sell FoxCreek Voice quote information.
Submitting a quote request does not automatically enroll you in promotional or marketing communications.
Consent to contact you about a requested quotation permits the associated acknowledgment and necessary business follow-up. It does not authorize unrelated promotional calls, emails, or text messages.
4. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Third-Party Content
FoxCreek Technologies does not currently use a first-party advertising or website-analytics service on the corporate or FoxCreek Voice pages.
The quote-request form uses browser session storage to maintain a random submission identifier for duplicate prevention. This identifier does not contain the answers entered in the form and is removed after a successful submission.
The website uses locally hosted fonts.
The FoxCreek Voice Resources page includes Vimeo video content. Vimeo players load only after a visitor intentionally activates the selected video.
When you choose to play a video, your browser connects to Vimeo. Vimeo may receive technical information and use cookies associated with player operation, security, or other practices described in its privacy documentation. The player is configured with Vimeo's do-not-track option, but this does not guarantee that no cookies or other information will be processed.
Certain equipment documents and resources are provided through Intermedia's Zift document service. Opening these external resources may involve communication with those providers.
Links to external websites, stores, app marketplaces, social networks, and service portals are governed by the destination providers' respective privacy practices.
We encourage visitors to review applicable third-party privacy notices before providing information to those services.
5. When Information Is Shared
FoxCreek Technologies uses third-party service providers to operate its website and quote-request service.
These include:
- Vercel: Website and application hosting.
- Prisma Postgres: Database storage.
- Resend: Delivery of transactional customer acknowledgments and internal FoxCreek notification emails.
- Intermedia: Underlying communications platform provider for FoxCreek Voice.
These providers process information in connection with the services they perform for FoxCreek Technologies, subject to their applicable agreements, settings, and privacy practices.
Intermedia does not automatically receive your Voice quote form when it is submitted.
After reviewing an inquiry, authorized FoxCreek personnel may manually share information reasonably necessary to prepare a quotation, configure or order services, provision an approved solution, or provide customer support through Intermedia.
FoxCreek Technologies is the customer-facing provider of FoxCreek Voice but is not the underlying telecommunications carrier.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, support an appropriate business transaction subject to safeguards, or at your direction.
6. How Long We Retain Voice Quote Information
For unsuccessful prospective customers, FoxCreek Technologies retains Voice quote-request records for up to 12 months following the last meaningful business interaction.
A meaningful interaction may include a customer reply, discovery call, revised request, requested follow-up, or similar substantive business exchange.
Website visits, automatic acknowledgment emails, email-delivery events, scheduled work, and automated retries do not extend this retention period.
FoxCreek Technologies reviews unsuccessful-prospect records monthly and uses a controlled deletion process to remove records eligible for deletion.
Deletion is not fully automatic.
Active negotiations, ongoing customer relationships, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and valid legal holds may require different retention treatment.
Information later entered into Intermedia for quoting, ordering, provisioning, or customer support may become part of the applicable business or customer record and is not governed solely by the unsuccessful-prospect retention period.
When an eligible Voice quote record is deleted, its form submission and related active email-delivery records are removed through the approved process.
Limited non-content records documenting privacy or security actions may be retained when appropriate.
Backup copies, security logs, and records held by service providers may follow separate retention schedules under applicable provider arrangements.
When information is restored from a backup, applicable deletion records must be reconciled before restored information is returned to active use.
The 12-month unsuccessful-prospect retention rule does not establish retention policies for unrelated FoxCreek products.
7. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact FoxCreek Technologies to request information about personal data associated with your FoxCreek Voice quotation.
You may also ask that inaccurate information be corrected or that eligible information be deleted.
Send requests to:
voice@foxcreektechnologies.com
FoxCreek Technologies reviews privacy requests individually and responds in accordance with applicable law.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information.
Applicable law, security requirements, active customer obligations, and valid legal holds may limit certain requests.
Please do not send passwords or sensitive account credentials when making a privacy request.
8. Information Security
FoxCreek Technologies uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the FoxCreek Voice quote-request service.
These include restricted access, encrypted network connections, server-side validation, abuse and duplicate-submission controls, controlled recovery procedures, and signed verification of supported email-provider delivery notifications.
Access to collected information is limited according to operational responsibilities.
No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident occurs, FoxCreek Technologies will evaluate the incident and applicable notification obligations.
9. Children's Privacy
FoxCreek Voice quote requests are intended for organizations and their authorized adult representatives.
The quote-request service is not intended for children.
This statement does not establish the audience, features, or privacy practices of other FoxCreek products.
10. Policy Changes and Contact Information
FoxCreek Technologies may update this Privacy Policy as its services, information practices, or legal obligations change.
The current published policy will display its effective date. Additional notification will be provided when required by applicable law.
